Glad you are having fun fishing. Chechem have safe travels and the Lord protect you. I am so ready for practice to start and 2 I look forward to hearing about that perfect round of golf soon. No rain yesterday but I go at 4 PM to get my tooth pulled today they was able at Aspen to drop me back one day sooner. She also had to have a card for payment before they would set me up. It is gonna be costly I guess she 91.00 for making an appt over the phone and the rest would be figured today. RTR!

Gosh Aspen Dental naiiled me I have to be off my Plavix till Monday morning 7:30 AM and they have to pull 3 teeth. Some of you insurance folks tell me if the $498.00 for appt. cost and pulling 3 teeth is average? It sure seems like a lot to me I was gonna take our pliers and try to pull them myself but Mrs Dottie has hid my pliers. Shoot that got me unhappy. Maybe I could go to practice in T-town and get them knocked out for less. Wow. I hope you all have a great 4th week and weekend. All you travelers please be safe in all this traffice. I-20 was rocking with traffic today. RTR!

Just heard from Chech. He made it to Omaha last night. Hwy 2 is still under water and closed at the Missouri River. He had to detour north. He plans to be home before dark tonight.

HOME!  I traveled 6225 miles since I left May 19th.  WOW.

Great on the ling cod, NALT.  LF and I caught some and ate them when we were up there.  They get uglier as they get bigger!

Yeah, the weird part is when they are filleted the meat is green.  It does turn white when it is cooked though.

I don't remember thew green meat, but remember the taste; good fish.  Keep posting pics for us.  Alaska is a really beautiful pacle.

NALT, you're a braver man than I. Not sure I would have eaten anything that was green at any time. 

We made it to P'cola about 4:30 yesterday afternoon. Breddy has the house and pool looking good. There will only be a handful of us cooking out Thursday. My oldest daughter and Breddy both have to work on Independence Day. More ribs for me. 

We stopped in Valley, Al on the way yesterday and picked up a bunch of fireworks at my grandson's request. If the police don't shut us down, he;ll have a grand time.

Good morning folks.  Beautiful morning here in Kodiak.  Glad you made it home Chech and also happy that 2 made it safely to Pensacola.  I guess that also means that it is going to start raining daily down on the coast...

Sorry about your oral situation Preacher.  Maybe you can ask the dentist to write off part of the bill?  Maybe? 

Chech, I didn't try and eat any Lingcod yet.  If I get the chance to do so I will however.  Supposed to go over to a couple's house, hopefully tonight, for a dinner of fresh caught Halibut.  He caught one weighing about 50 pounds on Monday.
