I'm sure I missed it but what exactly happens? Helmet on helmet? Or, something else?

Nobody seems to know.
His coaches said they reviewed the game film and could see no specific hit that led to his injury.  Christion walked to the sidelines complaining of headache, then collapsed.  He never regained consciousness.

Wow!  We have a family friend who's son attended Alabama. He was studying one evening when he developed a terrible headsche, got dizzy and was able to dial 911 before he passed out. He was rushed to a hospital in B’ham for emergency surgery. Come to find out he had an aneurysm.  The good news he lived through it but has permanent disabilities. Wonder if this happened to Christian?

WOOT!

“Today is ‘Terrific Tuesday!’ God is working a miracle in Christion,” his mother wrote. “He is moving in a positive direction and making progress. Christion is so strong. He squeezed my hand so hard, my knuckles were popping. Giving God all the glory in this. Keep praying.”

Thanks for staying on top of this story for us. Still a long way to go for this young man.

Wednesday:

Christion is well enough to be transported.  Long recovery ahead.

Injured Tennessee State football player Christion Abercrombie will be discharged from Vanderbilt University Medical Center on Wednesday and transported to the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, according to TSU officials.
