It still depends on what you are  for Preacher.  If you pray for Bama to dominate and/or win the game then I fear you may be praying for the wrong thing. Pray for the safety of all the players, coaches, officials, and others directly involved in the game and that might be answered the way you want it...God doesn't care about the outcome of any football game.  Also, to pray asking Him to give Bama another NC would be wrong IMO because there are likely Clemson fans that will be praying for God to give them the victory.  God will not be conflicted.  Sorry, I'll step out of the pulpit now... 

Hey NALT I agree with you. When I pray for the games I pray for both sides fans, teams, and people involved to not have injuries. I also pray for sportsmanship from both sides. Then if I happen to drop a hint about helping the players to play to their utmost then so be it. I would like to discuss this God don't care thing one day with you all. RTR!

Mrs. Nalt's mother usually cooks black-eyed peas and hog jowl for us. Not sure if she plans to do that this New Year's or not since she has been diagnosed with cancer...

I stayed up to watch the A&M slaughter of NC State, but didn't watch the Time's Square stuff.  The SEC is schizophrenic in bowl games!

We are having black-eyed peas, ham, and cabbage. Luckily, we have 2 cans in the pantry. I've been to 3 stores trying to find dry peas, but no luck. (No pun intended).
