Good morning, CRSers.  Another work from home day after a department telecon this morning.  This is really starting to get tiresome.
Getting in a day's work without having to drive, or even get dressed if you prefer is getting tiresome?

I suppose there are perks, but there are some downsides.  For instance, I spent $120 on a monitor, because trying to work with multiple documents at once is almost impossible on a 14" laptop screen.  We are also having lots of problems with the VPN access (which we have to use for everything), because it was not designed for 10,000+ people trying to use it simultaneously.  On normal days there are probably fewer than 500.  There's also the threat that our ability to telework and get paid may be ending soon.

I'm guessing Chech and LF are on the road heading back home. I hope they arrive safely.

My day got ruined. I was supposed to meet a friend to play golf near Elberton, Ga, but his step-grandson is having emergency surgery, so he had to bail. Let's keep him in our prayers. While you're doing that, please keep Mrs 2 in your prayers, as well. She's down in her back this morning.

Lord Mrs Dottie and I pray right now for Mrs 2. Take away this back pain. Those words scare me. Amen.
Been raining all night I think but a peek of sun just showed through. may be a warm day. RTR!

Good morning folks. Safe travels Chech. Prayers for Mrs. 2 and for the youngster having surgery.  2, did they tell you the nature of the young fellow's surgery?  Safe traveling to you to pmull.  Help Bama beat those wildcats...

He did not, NALT. He texted me as they were running out the door. I asked him to keep me posted when he could.

Have fun, pmull, and Roll Tide!

Thanks, Preacher.

Supposed to be. I've been about half-time work and half PTO the last couple weeks.  I guess I will find out for sure on Thursday (pay day).

Prayers for those who need them.

Hopefully Chech got out the door when he wanted to this morning.  I seem to remember a trip not too long ago where he was up and ready to go at 5am and the women-folk finally got ready about noon.

Good Sunday morning! Gonna be another day without rain. I don't know how to act. I'm supposed to play golf with the starters at the golf course where I live, but I'm pretty stiff from playing yesterday under "cart path only" conditions. It was like playing in a swamp, to boot, so I don't know if I can handle 2 days in a row of the same.  Stars

Great day for Bama yesterday, beating Ky in basketball and hauling in 2 more big recruits. Let's keep that momentum going through tomorrow night!
