Our reports back from the NASA Michoud Assembly Facility (located just outside New Orleans) have been mostly positive.   No injuries or equipment damage.   They are running on generator power.

That facility is controlled by Marshall Space Flight Center (Huntsville), so we've had damage assessment teams reporting back yesterday and today.

Well back from the VA finally. Full of staples and absolutely sore. 3rd time is a charm I pray. These surgeries hurt in this old age. RTR!

Weather was spectacular until yesterday afternoon when the smoke from wildfires in California returned.  It's 38F outside now, with a high of 75.

This grizzly sow and her twins walked up behind us yesterday.  We were high on a ridge watching wolves when I looked back.  Several bison had been walking around, so I expected them.  Instead I saw this trio!!  We stayed in place with bear spray and cameras in hand.  They simply walked past us.

We prolly had diferent surgerys, preacher. Mine effected my sciatic nerve. That's the only thing really giving me constant problems right now. I had a follow-up with my surgeon yesterday and he said what I'm going through is normal. Will prolly be several weeks before it settles down.

Good luck with your issues.
