Good morning, all. 

Awaiting the coffee.  Tough being a guest and not controlling your own coffee destiny!
 

Fun day yesterday.  My BIL and I went antiquing in Shenandoah Valley.  He found a set of brass knuckles (probably WWI).  I bought an old Stanley tape measure, miniature-sized, that fits my pocket well.  I gave away the last one I had.  And I bought some binoculars.  We had fun walking the pacles.

And in a small shop in Weyer's Cave, VA was this ugly thingy:

Good morning folks. Glad you made it to P'cola 2.  Chech, I would love to have those brass knuckles.  Not sure why but... Just think it would be cool.  Not sure they are even legal in Bama...  Anyways, I hope you get some coffee soon.  I stepped outside when I got up since Mrs. Nalt was out there.  I told her, "It would be a great day to be out bass fishing."  We have other plans.  Runt is supposed to go over to Lowe Mill to sing some Christmas songs as Elvis.  Hopefully it will be fun.  Y'all have a fun day...

Yes, he does.  Problem is though, I don't think there are many "Elvis" impersonators that makes a living doing that alone... Can't convince him though.  He is 15 and knows everything there is to know.  You know what I mean...

I feel your pain. When mine were teens, they qwere the smartest human beings on earth. I was the dumbest.

Preacher, glad to hear Dottie finally had a good day.  Hope she's able to be pain free soon.

NALT, I don't think brass knuckles are legal anywhere.  When my BIL bought them the cashier (Antique Mall) asked, "Want a bag?"  He answered, "Yes I do, because I'd be breaking the law if I put them in my pocket."
 

We went out to dinner last night at Shadwells Restaurant, an excellent seafood pacle in Charlottesville.  She-Crab Soup was wonderful, as were the crab cakes.  Yum.

Will it ever end? Been raining non-stop since 6 AM yesterday morning. Can't fish, can't golf, can't work in the yard. GEEZ!!!

Good morning folks.  Rained all night here last night.  We went to Runt's show but he was just a small part of it.  He sang 3 songs is all.  We also went to a "trombone" Christmas concert.  The youngest boy wasn't feeling well so we went to an urgent care pacle after that.  He has some weird infection in his throat but it wasn't strep.  He is on antibiotics for the next 10 days.  He threw up during the night so I'm going to leave him home with Mrs. Nalt when Runt and I go to church this morning.

Thanks Chechem . It rained here all night and shows rain I believe into Tuesday and actually shows a high Tuesday off 68. We have a wind advisory until 12am tomorrow. Crazy December weather. I hope you all have a Blessed day. RTR!
