It is pouring rain here in Fruithurst on our knob. Looks like rain all day possibly. I hope it is cleared out for the game. RTR!

The game may get showers, but not a total washout.

Hope Miss Dottie is better today.   Pray

Same here. And I hope your knob doesn't get too wet, Preacher.

Thank you Chechem. She is better I suppose she is just waiting on Tuesday so she can get the surgery over with. RTR!

Good morning folks.  I think it rained all night but it wasn't a very hard rain.  The Christmas tree lighting was ok.  They did have a pretty good band playing beforehand though so that made it better.  Also the rain did hold off during most all of that.  Got home and Mrs. Nalt dialed the phone and handed it to me.  Won ticket from a radio show to go watch the Huntsville Havoc hockey team play tonight.  Not really a hockey fan but since it is free...

Glad you made it safely to P'cola 2. I'm going to try and glue up a couple cutting boards this morning.  I'm making cutting boards for Christmas presents for each of the SIL's, nieces (including my nephew's wives), Mrs. Nalt and some of my kid from some hardwood boards that I got from Dad's barn this summer.  They were boards left over from when he had it built back when I was about 4 or 5 y/o.  If I counted correctly I believe I need 16 of them...

Live hockey is a whole lot better than watching it on TV. Don't be surprised, NALT, if you end up liking it.

Football >>>>>> Hockey.

You'll miss tonight's games (e.g., LSU-Arky upset of the century).

Yeah, that would be fun to watch.  But I doubt it will... Probably a better chance of me getting picked out of the audience for a chance to skate through the Havoc's defense and score a goal for $1Million.  But that ain't happening...

They have great fights that would never be permitted on a football field.

Good Sunday morning!

Well, one obstacle out of the way. Oregon went down last night. Now, we just need LSU to beat Ga and Oregon to beat Utah. Easy peezy, right?

A cold 43 degrees here in P'cola. A far cry from the 78 that we drove into Friday. Brrr....

Good morning folks.  I wound up NOT going to the hockeyfight last night.  Mrs. Nalt gave the tickets to her brother and I was ok with that.  I watched a good bit of the ASU/Oregon game.  I doubt Oregon will lose next week after getting beat last night.  We will see...Penn State tried to make a game of it with OSU too.  Though, I'm not sure that would have helped us or not.

Deontay Wilder won his fight last night with a vicious right-hand knock out.  That Tuscaloosa boy is some kind of bad...

I do believe Oregon and LSU will win out.  Even if Utah beats Oregon they were hurt by Oregon’s loss last night.  Of course, Bama WILL take care of business and take down the booger eaters.
