Good morning, all.  Looks like we have another 7-8 days of heat, and then we'll finally get a break.

2 - A friend of mine is on Kiawah Island this week for a 5-day golf outing.  I think they had a group of 20 from some direct sale outfit he belongs to.

HL I keep a watch on the weather site and it showed for Fruithurst, up into October for upper and lower 90 degree days. RTR!

I've never been there, but always wanted to. Bucket list, I guess.

Up early this morning. Gotta take Mrs 2 in for her routine colonoscopy. I'll be glad when it's over so she can eat. She's kinda hangry this morning. 

So, Memphis beat Navy 35-23. Navy looked good when I went to bed at halftime. As CP said, they must've figured out Navy's D. Lots more football tomorrow.

So, Memphis beat Navy 35-23. Navy looked good when I went to bed at halftime. As CP said, they must've figured out Navy's D. Lots more football tomorrow.

 

I taped the Memphis game, and had watched the first 3 quarters.  Memphis had pretty much beaten up the Navy QB, and Navy's best RB was knocked out with a concussion.  Guess I can watch birds today instead.

Good luck to Mrs 2.  My next one is due in a few months.  Ugh!

Lots of talk about the upcoming game around Oxford.  NOBODY seems to think Ole Miss can win, and most are "hoping to keep the score within 20".
 

Got your picks in??   I've reverted to my old entourage picking pattern, so I expect a better outcome this week.

I was in a meeting this morning with a lady that kept referring to the upcoming "Indigenous Peoples Day" holiday.  It had several people confused, and then she seemed insulted when someone said, "Oh, Columbus Day."

Obviously she was "woke."

Well, I do take medication for an enlarged prostate, so I do have breasticles. 

BTW, Mrs 2 got an A+ on her colonoscopy today.
