My celebration feels a little too tame now:

A University of Alabama student was jailed early Tuesday morning after UA staff found him naked on the front porch of a UA office building on Queen City Avenue.

Officers found the 19-year-old man on the porch at 5 a.m., hours after thousand of people congregated on the nearby Strip to celebrate Alabama’s 17th National Championship win.

“Upon our arrival, I saw a white male sitting on the porch naked with his clothes scattered in various places,” a UAPD officer wrote in the arrest report. ”(The student) stated that he had been drinking earlier in the night and didn’t know how he ended up there.”

Poor Pappy.  Guy grew up in Montgomery an Alabama fan, then went to Ole Miss to play.  Found his dream at Alabama.  Sure, he missed the BIGGEST KICK OF HIS LIFE, but his mistake was just a mistake.  Mistakes by Tony Brown, Mikhi Brown, Jalen, or even Tua's PI could have cost us that game.  But Pappy will forever be blamed for choking.  Fun to laugh, but I hurt for this guy.

Good morning, champions. 

LOTS of news this morning about players deciding to move on to the NFL instead of staying for their senior year.  BUT, the biggest news is Damien Harris STAYING!!  That shocks me.  Our stable of RBs remains unparalleled.  Ridley and Payne could have stayed, but I didn't talk to anyone who expected them to stay.  Can't imagine Bo going high in the draft, but he wouldn't start at Bama next year anyhow.  Minkah was expected to go.

Still not back to a regular schedule, waking up at all hours, then realizing #17 was in the books, and falling back to sleep.   

Time to start planning for this weekend's gun show.  Snow is expected tomorrow, so that makes travel tough.  Have to wait and see.

Good morning folks.  Definitely warmer this morning but the cold stuff is coming back.  Not very likely that we will get much snow at my house as they are saying the north west part of the state should get most of it.  I'm ok with that...

Yeah, talk about crazy!  It's 62 right now at 6:30 AM, and will get to 70 today.  By daybreak tomorrow it will be 29 and snowing!!
