Thanks, buddy. 
I've decided to wait until about 10AM to drive to Tupelo.  It's not icy on roads here now, even though it's snowing, but will be icy within an hour.  Just hope it clears by 10:00.

When I get out of this hole I'm going to Tupelo
there's a girl down there that'll treat me fair
Get about a week of spring, then summer's blisterin'
And there ain't nobody from here gonna follow me there

Had a long day in Tupelo, but didn't see a "girl down there that'll treat me fair".  Nor did I see Jason Isbell, or anyone else worthy.

The roads were SLICK this morning, and I saw 2 cars wheels up.  No problem for me, though, going or coming home.  It's cold out there!

You can see Mr. Isbell and his pretty wife on your local PBS affiliate tomorrow night at 10pm.

Cold here and getting gas Monday. It is 2.25 a gallon plus tax. 100 gallons is 238.50 and they say it is going up again. RTR!

Good morning folks.  When it rains it pours really is true.  Since my shoulder surgery I have been unable to sleep flat in the bed so I tried propping myself up with  some pillows that would also support my arm.  That wasn't affording me very good sleep because the pillows would shift and cause the pain to wake me up or prevent me from getting to sleep.  So I then tried moving to the den to sleep in the recliner.  That was working for a few days but about Thursday I could feel a twinge in my lower back.  It gradually got worse and worse until yesterday morning I was in pretty bad pain.  No more sleeping in the recliner.  I tried going back to bed last night but after laying there for about 4+ hours and little-to-no sleep I decided to move back to the den again and try sleeping on the sofa.  I managed a little sleep there before I decided to try sleeping in the other recliner where I finished the night.  My back is still in pretty bad shape and I'm hoping that my chiropractor will be open tomorrow so hopefully he can adjust me and get me back to tolerable shape.

Talk to your doctor about taking an anti-inflammatory such as Meloxicam. I have pretty serious sciatic nerve issues and I take it every day to hold it at bay. Works well for me.

Gosh it is cold. Mrs Dottie is hurting so bad we will miss church this morning. She sitting in there almost crying and boy does that HURT not being able to help. Gosh desire your prayers for her today everybody. RTR!
