Safe travels all the way to Tupelo, Chech. 

Yep, no football, but lots of awards. Glad Coop walked away with the Biletnikoff. He's a long shot for the Heisman, but would love to see him get that one, too.

I'll be playing golf tomorrow in Daphne (Rock Creek) with my regular golf partner, against the death wish brothers. I guess they think they can beat us on their home territory. They are 0-fer against us in 3 matches. We'll see.

Hope you had fun.

The golf is actually tomorrow, J, but a good time will be had by all (except for maybe the death wish brothers). 

  Sounds like a fun day at their expense.

I hope so. Tomorrow is my birthday. I plan on pinning their payoff to my golf shirt.

We actually tied yesterday, Chech. They brought their A game. My golf partner brought his C game. I brought my A game in everything but putting. I made one meaningful putt all day. It was still a lot of fun, though. It gave hope to the other guys and we're doing it again today.

Sounds like OVERTIME GOLF to me.  All the marbles.
Seems it's always either putting woes or driving woes, seldom both working the same day.  Thus today you'll putt well!
