- The protective sleeve that sophomore quarterback Tau Tagovailoa wore the day before was absent ...

- Senior linebacker Christian Miller (hamstring) was again dressed, but limited while wearing a support...

- Terrell Lewis, who is coming off a torn ACL, was not at practice. Sophomore Christopher Allen, who had a similar injury and surgical procedure, was, but isn't expected to play against the Tigers.

— Outside linebacker Christian Miller continued to wear the support strip on his injured left hamstring. He appeared to be limited in individual drills but was seen participating.

— Dylan Moses continued to work with the inside linebackers, although he acknowledged that he has spent time with the edge rushers in wake of the injury to Miller.

— Outside linebackers Terrell Lewis and Chris Allen, who each suffered major knee injuries in the summer, were active in individual drills even though neither defender is expected to play Monday.

— In what was the last full college practice of his career, Damien Harris helped conclude the team’s flex period by announcing the start of individual drills and racing off to the section of the field designated for the running backs...

Not mentioned in this report, but the WEATHER may be a factor in the game.  Very soggy field and chance of light rain all day:

The Bay Area will be SOAKED with rain this weekend ahead of the national championship game Monday night.

If you’re traveling out to Santa Clara, California for the big game, prepare for some soggy, windy weather!  Only scattered showers are expected Monday night. Kickoff is shortly after 5 PM Pacific time (8 PM EST), and most of the rain should be exiting the area by then. Temperatures are expected to be in the 50s for the entirety of the game.

The wind would be a major factor.  Yesterday (Saturday) the wind howled at 40mph gusts.  Not expected to be that bad on Monday night.  But that damp, cold weather stinks for WRs and PLAYERS WITH NAGGING INJURIES, especially Christian Miller, Jennings, QE, and Butts.

Well I hope and pray for good conditions to favor us. Who in their right mind would want a NCAA championship in football to be played out there in that crazy area. RTR!
