OT, unfortunately, my A1C shot up. He just wants me to diet and exercise and see him again in 3 months. If it's not down, then he'll want to put me on meds. All of a sudden, I've lost 4 lbs. since then. 

All my other blood work was fine. My PSA was 1.04  Cool

Beautiful day in Tuscaloosa today. Thankful for that as today is the third annual daddy-daughter end of summer picnic day. The child wants pizza, and I’ll probably take her for ice cream too - good thing I’ve got a two hour high intensity bike ride on the training schedule.
