Prayers for a friend named Mary who has breast cancer and had a double mastectomy today.  To make things worse, her husband broke his ankle a few days ago, and had surgery + cast for 6 weeks.  The ankle will be fine, but he can't care for her quite as well as he could have without the bum wheel.

At least you get a vacation from the "Honey Do" list for a while!

Howdy folks from Colorado Springs, CO.  I got here Wednesday afternoon and am leaving tonight to drive up to Denver so I can be close to the Denver airport.  Fly out tomorrow morning for Kauai again.

Doc, prayers for Mary and her husband.  Hopefully all will be well for both of them sooner rather than later.

I also hope and pray for 2's recovery too.

Yesterday I went up to Oak Mountain State Park for some open water swim practice and scouting of the bike course before my race there in two weeks. Really beautiful place, much nicer than Lake Lurleen here in Tuscaloosa.
