Tiger Woods ball jumps out of the hole.

I'm betting Preacher caused that!

HL, I wish I could use that ole gopher as an excuse. Unfortunately, all my missed putts are self-inflicted.

It's 37 degrees here and our heater is out. We've been living in front of the firepacle for 3 days now. Had someone come out and look at it, but couldn't do anything right now until the coils thaw out, which he predicted would be tomorrow. Luckily, this pacle is well insulated and hasn't gotten below 58 degrees. Such is life.

At least I'm inspired to go to work, if for nothing else, but to get warm.

Good morning.  Coffee

1.  Buy a new putter, and blame the old one.
2.  Buy an electric blanket.
3.  Buy a space heater.

You'll thank me later...   Kiss

That's why you make the big bucks.

Will start my walking back for the first time in a while. Got to get back in some kind of shape other than round.

I'm still working off the Christmas desserts too.  But the students are back on campus, which adds inspiration to the workouts in the gym.

Good morning folks.  Glad you have the firepacle to provide some heat 2.  Good luck starting your walking again.  Been thinking about doing that myself but just don't know when I could fit it in.    Chech says he's still "working off those Christmas desserts."     I'm still working ON Christmas desserts.  My SIL used Mom's recipe for Christmas fruitcake.  I always loved it and it is still just as good.  This year she made me two of them...   Wink

You and I are a dying breed, NALT. I don't know of anyone else who likes fruitcake. Unfortunately, I like most all food.

I use to like fruit cake but since I am diabetic now no sugar of any kind. It is cold here this morning again. I am looking for warm weather again. RTR!

Not sure that I've ever had a homemade fruitcake.  The bought ones I've tried are not good.

Add me to the list for those who need to get back to walking/exercising.   I lost a good deal of weight from March 2018-Jan 2019, but I've unfortunately gained about 1/4 of it back.

LF's Dad makes a great fruitcake.  No raisins and lots of nuts; yummy.

Good morning folks.  Cold here this morning.  The boys and I are heading over to Dad's to help my oldest brother (he isn't quite as old as 2 and Chech though) cut some firewood from a couple trees.  One partially blew down in a recent storm so the neighbor next door had it cut down and the other was apparently leaning against it because it is now standing at about a 45 degree angle...

Oh that all sounds safe!

Yeah, I've been doing a LOT of thinking about how I'll drop the tree.  On the good side, I did buy some new chainsaw chaps a couple of weeks ago.

Hey, NALT, this is the way you should trim your trees in the future.

I don't cut trees from those heights.  However, it would be just my luck to cut a tree down and leave it standing...  Banging your head against the wall.
