Day 2 of doctor appts. Got a 7:30 AM with my Gastro Doc. to schedule my yearly colonoscopy. Wooot! 

My middle boy's Gastro doc called today.  So far the test results done last week and this week have come back good.  However, he wants to try some different meds on him to try and get his Ulcerative Colitis into remission.  He had given us the name of two different meds which Mrs. Nalt checked on through Goodrx.  The price for one is about $1100/month.  Out of the question.  The other one would cost us $1800/month.  Again, out of the question.  So he came up with a third med and when I went to Goodrx I found the price to be a very corporate pleasing $11,502.30 for a 35 day supply.  Is there a door #4?

Honestly, I think it might be cheaper to just take the poor kid out into the woods and... nevermind.  Did I hear someone say something about a relative from India or Egypt or somewhere that was wanting to give them $47Million?

Good morning, all. 

It's a balmy 68 degrees already this morning; going up to 86 today.  Then perhaps showers late today, and the storms arrive tomorrow.  Some heavy stuff is just north of Memphis this morning!  Cold front moves through Friday night, and cooler Saturday with maybe rain.

NALT, sounds like a mess.  Pray that Runt is healed of this as he ages.

I had a fun afternoon at the Ole Miss baseball game yesterday.  Not very competitive; OM won 10-3 over Arkansas Pine Bluff after a fast start of 6-0.  But a nice outing in good weather nonetheless.

Fishing again on today's list, but also some chores.  I need to take the old mower to a friend as a donation.  He can sell it.

Sure have enjoyed the weather here in P'cola and the family time. Next Sunday, after my Myrtle Beach trip, is Mrs 2's birthday and Mother's Day, so we'll be back here for a long weekend. My wallet will be much lighter.

Good morning folks.  I managed to get to work at 5:00 this morning.  Spent the next 1-1/2 hours packing up my office.  I decided yesterday that I am leaving this contract as soon as I can secure other employment.  I've been on this contract for 16 years (only four other folks have been on it longer) and I've seen quite a few people get shafted over the years.  This time it happened to be me that got the shaft so it is time to go elsewhere... As far as I'm concerned they can...
