  With the Roy Moore stuff going on lately that just doesn't seem like such a coincidence now...   But I have enough confidence in our Preacher to know that it really is just coincidental... 

Well I thank you for your trust in me NALT,  , no matter how small.  , Well it is sunny and cold on the knob this morning. Hope everybody is well and getting ready for a festive weekend. Saturday morning we will be starting our annual feed the neighbors at church so I will be eating all day I mean feeding all day.  Hope everybody has a safe Friday and Chechem good to see your gonna have some family to keep you calm down for a while.  , RTR!

Good morning folks.  Safe travels Chech and say hi to all the other Chechites for us.  Good to see Preacher back among us.  Watch your step today when you go walking with the ducks 2.  I'll be sitting here in the basement at work all day again today.  Supposed to meet Mrs. Nalt and the Nalties after work to go watch the Christmas tree lighting at Bridgestreet Town Center. 

Just tell them to do like the Aubs do and throw toilet paper at it.

Good morning from atop Shades Mountain.

The traffic in Birmingham was predictably horrid, but we made it safely to the gathering abode here in the mountains. Nephews and childrens will arrive before game time today. Big discussion last night among the women about what time to have lunch. They settled on 2pm, figuring Tua would have Mercer begging for mercy by then.

Good morning. Glad you made it safely aaaaaaaaall the way to B'ham, Chech. 

Will be playing golf later this morning, so I'll be missing the first half of the game. DVRing it, though. I have a seminar to present in Columbia, SC Monday morning, then I'll leave from there heading to P'cola for Thanksgiving. Looking forward to seeing the fam and frying up some turkeys.

Good morning folks.  I'm up getting ready to go to Chattanooga, TN this morning.  My dad asked me to go with him to pick up his travel trailer at the place where he bought it several months ago. They had to do some warrantee work on it and have had it for about a month.  It has not been winterized which concerns Dad since it is supposed to get below freezing tomorrow morning.  Looks like I'll miss the Mercer game today...  Tonight Mrs. Nalt and I are going BACK to Chattanooga to a meet & greet with Charlie Pride and then to listen to his concert.  Really looking forward to that.  Hope the family thing is very enjoyable Chech and best of luck playing golfball 2.  I hope everyone else is well and happy...

This weekend in sports is off to a very good start.

Austin beat Shades Valley 42-35 in a very close game to advance to the third round of 6A State Playoffs. They are 12-0 and have been ranked No. 1 most of the year. They host Pinson Valley next Friday. Pinson is also 12-0.

Bama beat Alabama A&M last night like you are supposed to beat an inferior team. Even the two walk-ons each got a three pointer in the final minutes. Petty, Sexton, Ingram and Hall were all impressive.

The barn failed their first test of the season. After beating two cupcakes they played a decent Temple team and got beat by 14.

Poor Mercer. It is going to be a long day for them.

My company finally left and I have the pacle to my self for today. Big travel day tomorrow.

Didn't get to see the game, but I recorded it and watched it last night. Nice warm=up for the IB. Hope we're ready. 

My pickems sucked like Tennessee's offense, so everything must be back to normal.

Good morning folks.  My pickem was bad too 2.  I hope you enjoy your solitude.  Mrs. Nalt and I went to Chattanooga last night to see Charlie Pride in concert.  At 83 y/o that guy can still sing GREAT and put on a good show.  His warm-up act is called the "Roots and Boots" tour.  It is actually just a group of country stars that work together to put on a really nice show.  Last night's performers was Sammy Kershaw, Colin Raye, and James Otto.  We got to meet each of them and get our pic made with Charlie and the other guys.  Really great show by all.

Sounds like y'all had a good time, NALT. To be honest with you, until you had mentioned it, I didn't even know Charlie Pride was still alive.
