Good morning folks.  Still kind of cool here to me even though the temp on my phone says it is about 51 degrees.  That is a really nice pin Chech.  I've never seen one personally.  And, even though it is only 6 years old, the way it is made makes it look much older to me.  Really like that one...  Hope you all have a great day.

It seemed well made.  Probably nothing special, but this guy has lots of connections.  He's worked with Alcoholics Anonymous for years, and gets lots of gifts as a result.  I saw a Cotton Bowl watch that he got as a gift too.

Here it is.  Didn't find one like it on Ebay.

Ok, I'm at the office now. Caught up on e-mails and return calls, so I'm good to go.

That is indeed, a good looking lapel pin, Chech. I've never seen one before either.

Was 39 degrees this morning during my walk. Supposed to get up to 68 today. My business partner is in this week, so we'll try to play golf today since we weren't able to Tuesday. Good thing the weather is going to cooperate.

Hope our boys are healing up this week and next. We need all hands on deck for the IB.

BTW, there was a post on the beach thread (link below) about a guy doing a dive for his beach rod as it was racing for the water.  He got it just in time, but everyone laughed at him flopping face-first onto the beach.  SOUND FAMILIAR?

I'm off to Birmingham today for a gathering of the Chechites.  Be good to see everyone.  Of course, we'll watch the traditional 'scoring festival without Mercy/Mercer' tomorrow.  Should be fun. 

Chance of rain for the game tomorrow, but today is fine.  It's chilly this morning (46), but should warm to almost 60 by afternoon.

Coach Saban seems unusually relaxed and confident this week.  What gives?
