Quite a stormy day here yesterday and last night.  Our TV went out several times, and the evening news networks were all preempted by local-weather broadcasts (lots of colorful screens and projections of where each storm cell was headed next - ugh!).

Big day today.  We FINALLY get to play a ranked team!

Sorry so late getting on. One of my golfing buddies from P'cola was here visiting and I was spending some time with him.

I hate we have to wait all day and half the night (remember, I'm on Eastern time) for the game. Hope the players are resting up and will be ready to kick some coonass butt tonight.

Chech, I'm glad you weathered the, um, weather.  The radar looks fairly calm over the southeast with the exception of a couple of small areas of rain. We do, however, have a 60% chance of rain here.

NALT, I hope Runt is doing well. Preacher, same for you and Miss Dottie.

Back from fishing.  We had fun before the rain started.  Caught about 20 bass; none over 3 lbs.  But my buddy caught an 8-lb catfish on a crank bait!!

It was very nice on the lake; 75 degrees and lots of colorful leaves.
And the fish were snapping.
