Good morning.  It's Halloween!  

Hopefully Runt gets to go home today in time to enjoy the revelry.  And NALT needs some good news via the MRI.

Good news from practice yesterday: Hand and Jacobs are both practicing.  We'll need injury luck for the upcoming challenges.  Wouldn't think so as a 21.5-pt favorite over LSU.  But, that's 'rat poison'!  

Enjoy the day.  Yep, warmer here too (45).

Good morning folks.  Hopefully I spent the night at the hospital for the last time for a long, long time.  It will be really great to have Runt back at home where he belongs.   My MRI is scheduled for next Tuesday at 6:00 a.m. Apparently my insurance requires pre-approval for this and they also require a minimum of a 6 week home exercise program prior to the approval. I've been going to the gym since 2004 so I think I have that part covered.  They just had better not push me past the first of the year when my $3500 deductible starts back over...

Man we had 60 kids come by today for Halloween candy at the store. The city police and state troopers escorted them through Heflin. I thought that was pretty cool. It was such a joy working with those kids. RTR!

Good morning.  Lots of heavy hearts today in NY.  

While I was in Tupelo last night LF handed out candy, and the Selection Committee was naming a weird list of top-4 teams.  As long as we're in, I'm okay with it.  BUT IT'S WEIRD!

Good news from the practice field.  Looks like we're getting our injured back, for the most part, and will be healthy against LSU this Saturday.  And the LSU players are mouthing off - good!

Hope Runt got to go home yesterday.  And hope you're all well this morning.

I know what you mean about 'little things'.  Nice, warm day awaiting us, albeit occasional rain.  Glad the rain held off until Halloween ended.

NALT, glad to hear Runt got to go home and was able to participate in the Halloween festivities. I feel your pain with the sleep. Kids do that to you. Mine are in their 30s and still keep me awake at night. 

Heavy hearts indeed, Chech. These attacks are completely senseless. God bless the victims and their families. 

I watched the unveiling of the new CFP poll last night, and I have to say I was pretty impressed with the committee chairman's explanation of how they arrived at that. Actually made sense. Having said that, CNS is correct. Right now, they don't mean a thing. Just keep winning, baby!
