Boy, what a white knuckler last night. Third game in a row where we didn’t play our best but still managed to pull out the win. And it’s ALWAYS good to sweep the barn. Both games were tight and we stuck the dagger in their hearts.

Bama is the SEC champs for the second time in 3 years. The bad news is that with all the Miles/Miller stuff in the wings, this team is carrying some toxicity with it. I hope news will come out shortly that would completely exonerate Miller.

I taped the game, and we watched it with about an hour delay.  RAIN AND STORMS came (lightning and high winds).  With 4 minutes left in the game, and Bama losing, we lost power and the signal.  When it returned Bama was ahead by 5 in OT.  Overtime??  I didn't even know.  We watched the final minute and enjoyed it thoroughly.

BTW, the storms are still here.   Tinfoil Hat

Our satellite also went out with about 2 min left in regulation.  I had to switch to Chris Stewart's call.

Howdy folks.  Storms apparently missed us thankfully. There was a tornado warning that we were in the direct path of but I went to bed and woke up this morning so I guess we were safe.  Hope no one had any damage...

Preacher, it will dry.  But after it does it's probably gonna look like this...

Well, once again a line of storms is passing through here.  We were awakened at 3:30am by a phone call from the City of Oxford warning us about "high winds in the city limits".  We live outside the limits; no wind?

I'd be asking for removal from that list.   Just sleep in the closet.  You and LF can cuddle.

Chech, looking at the radar, it appears the worst is over for you except for maybe windy conditions. All y'all in Alabama, look out! We get it tonight.

We had a tornado north of Oxford, MS late Thursday.  It took out numerous power poles, so thousands of homes around Oxford (including ours) were without power.  All day yesterday (Friday) we were without power, so last night we went to dinner at a friend's house.  Their house was next to campus, and never lost power.  About 8pm our power was restored.  Woot.

Did I miss anything besides a great bit of golf from JT and Spieth?  Watched the highlights last night.
