Finally, something to watch besides boring golf, softball and baseball.

I've got one. We ran out of baseboards last night, so back to Lowes here shortly. The guys installing the floor must have damaged some of them and thrown them out, because we are short.

Good morning folks.  Rain last evening but beautiful this morning.  I'm getting ready to head out to mow the grass at church then back home to clean up and take the family over to Pmull land for the day, Danville that is...

Chech, I'm glad your friend is going to be alright. Lightning is a very scary and deadly force.  FWIW, the thunder is caused by the lightning, not the other way around...    2, Chech is right, you need to get that bp right and then maintain that.  Blood pressure is another scary and deadly force...We need you around this pacle for a lot of years to come...  Really glad that Mrs. Dottie got that port removed.

Sorry; what I meant was there was no indication of the lightning threat before the strike that hit him.  They didn't even hear any thunder on the horizon, just an approaching cloud line.

I need to mow too.  Wish you hadn't reminded me!!

I guess there always has to be a first strike.  Glad your buddy is ok.  I had a friend in jr high get struck while waiting on the school bus.  The bus drove up, and he was lying on the ground.  We always had a good laugh about it, after we saw that he didn't have any resulting medical issues of course.

It's going to be hot today, but I need to do some outdoor work.  Heavy rain expected tomorrow.

Got to spend some time cleaning up inside the house too.  LF and her sister are away in Arkansas, but they return today.  I've got fishing gear scattered all over, and need to consolidate my travel stuff. 

Good sports yesterday: softball team dominated, Braves won, but baseball team couldn't get the lead against Ole Miss.

They keep calling for a bunch of rain here, but we really haven't had that much since Monday. I may try to play golf today if my hammys will let me. Pretty sore after repacling the baseboards, cutting and sanding doors, and repairing door frames. But they are all done and Mrs 2 is very pleased with me.

Good morning folks.  Church this morning with Dad probably followed by him taking us out for lunch.  Then we are going to do a bunch of stuff that Mrs. Nalt has lined up...going to be busy...Hope you all have a very enjoyable day...
