One VERY nice result of this storm is the arrival of migrant birds.  We now have Indigo Buntings (above pic; from web), Scarlet and Summer Tanagers, and lots more in our yard.  WOOT!!

Good morning.  Coffee

Looks like the line of storms has passed Pensacola, and is approaching Tallahassee.  The northern part of the line, which will reach South Carolina (and 2) today, is less severe.  Let's hope this thing dissipates; no more tornadoes!

The softball team will try again today for a win.  They were shut out yesterday, and the baseball team lost too.  Combine that with the injury to Tua, and it was a bad day for athletics.

I'm heading outdoors today to enjoy the dry weather.  We had over 2" of rain, but it's cool and clearing today (high 50; 41 now).  Hope the sun appears!

Too early for a report from my girls. I just hope everything is ok in P'cola. Youngest daughter and her husband were supposed to go to Panama City for the day, but it looks horrible over there. Rain is about an hour away from us, but doesn't look like anything bad. Let's hope there is no more severe weather.

I'm supposed to help a buddy install a firepacle mantel today.  Then LF and I are having dinner with friends (at some new restaurant).  I'll prolly watch the Heritage before we leave for dinner.

POULTER.
DeChambeau never recovered after getting an 8 on #2 yesterday.  He'd been the leader, but shot +4 on the day.

Ha! My golf partner and I were talking about him yesterday. From listening to Poulter's interviews, whether he wins or loses, he is going to sleep for about a week.
