I watched it until it was 45-14. Thought it was over and switched to the WS, where there was NO offense. Couldn't hang and went to bed after the 5th inning. Apparently Cleveland won
1-0.

Yeah, Cubs lost.  Like I said, LF and I didn't stay long at the party.  We left after 3 innings (no score), and returned in time to watch Cleveland get their (one) run.  Well played game; some good defensive plays and good pitching.  The ump called anything low and outside a strike, so the game was doomed from the beginning.  Maybe the Cubs will bounce back.

They'll need to win the next one or it's pretty much over. I think they have to go up against Kluber again.

I had to that recently and my God there are some really DUMB people out there 
anyone that deals with the public doing sales deserves combat pay IMHO

I agree with the combat pay. Mrs Dottie volunteers at a thrift store that helps with buying medicine and, gas for heat and helps support people with harsh times. We post something for like pants for $2 and they want to know if you take a dollar for it. Then I have finally found out how to get a fair price for something, I will ask $5 for it and then I will take $4 for it they think they won over on a dollar when I actually won over a dollar over them.
Welcome to Alabama people helping people. It is cool here this morning work day at church and I went but had to come home because of my back hurting. It really bugs me I can't help. Anyway, hope everybody has a safe day and their favorite teams win. GO CUBS! RTR!

At least Bama didn't lose yesterday. Just wish Ole Miss would have beaten the barn. Looks like the Clemson-FSU game was a good one.

Some good games yesterday. Good to see Ohio State still struggling. Maybe Cryer will let just a few callers in on his show this week.
