In the afterglow of Dugas' two-out, two-run walk-off blast to sink old foe Auburn, the pair found themselves face to face, laughing and reeling. Lost in the hysteria, Phillips, the University of Alabama's hitting coach, reached out and gave his star pupil a comedic two-handed shove, an "I-can't-believe-you-just-did-that" look crawling across his face.
Try as you might to slow him down, Andy, Dugas is coming.

I used to "Roll Tide" Magadan around 1st base at Shea. He always gave a "Roll Tide" or sometimes just a nod in return.

Magadan is the Hitting Coach for the Red Sox. He has had a good career since he left Alabama.

Dugas is an outstanding player. I'm not sure how he will do in the big league but he will go down as one of the best to ever play at Alabama in my book.

I agree. I commented all last year has small our team is. We are no bigger this year. IMO it has a lot to do with our lack of power at the plate.

With that said I will take some players at any size. Dugas is one I want on my team.
