Four NCAA Tournament Games on tonight, double headers CBS and TBS.

Wisconsin v. Syracuse is a great game, on CBS now.

Watching these teams, I have say:

2014 is the Year (for Bama)

These are some great basketball teams.  Bama has a lot of work ahead of it if it is going to be this good.

I know some of y'all are looking forward to next year, and Bama will be better next year, but it takes steps, tournament experience, seasoning to develop a champion.  Like Bama football 2008 was a step.  Next year, good.  2014 great.

Playing off an old DD thread from pre-2008 football season.  He kept saying "2010 is the year."  It was in his signature block.  I insisted it was going to be 2009.

That is funny.  That is so fitting for DD.  He could not have been more wrong.  2010 was so NOT the year, and he would have been right with EITHER 2009 -or- 2011, and he goes with 2010.

that's right , and what killed me was he was famous all over the interwebs for being wrong, well for that and his anti Bama attitude ...

he would argue till the death he was right though , that also killed me ...

what to talk about a chit stirrer ... he was a
300 horse Yamaha in the septic tank if I've ever saw one  !

I still believe he lived in Georgia and not Colorado ...

This is a real possibility if the current players stick around. 

I remember hoping Antonio McDyess would stay at Bama for another year, but watching his dominant play in the NCAAs, I was both pleased and saddened, and McDyess left after his sophomore year.
