Posting Levels

What does everyone want to use for our posting levels?  Right now I have this:

Name	Posts
Newbie	0
ed	1
gilmer	2

The others are still at the default for the forum software.

I think we can have bunches of these if we want.  I know it is a pain to have to wait until 500 posts to go to the next level.  It seems like you will never get there.  Maybe we have bunches of levels that are closer together.

I am open to suggestions.

I would just suggest for now;
100-Freshman
500-Sophmore

Doesn't matter to me so much.  Maybe at 5000 one could become "King of the gilmers."

Well, if we follow TS, as I recall

1.  at 5000 posts on February 2010 I became a gilmer;
2.  at 9000 posts on February 2011 I became a gilmer;

On Woolly I became an asshat, then "ed" on here.

Maybe we should just all be gilmers whenever we reach a level of prominence.

If I delete the rest of the posting levels we will all be ed's at 1 post, then gilmers from then on.  That is actually not a bad idea.

Is it possible that at a certain point you can set your own.  Another board I posted on years ago had this option at 1000 posts and it was nice.

100 Walk-On
200 Redshirt
300 Scout Team
400 Special Teams
500 Second String
600 Starter
700 Team Captain
800 All-SEC
900 All-American

Yes it does have the option to set your own.  I believe it is turned on.  I think once you get to the top level you will be able to change it to whatever you want.
