There are reason some of the top players want to come to Bama and here are a few:
1.  They want to have a chance at a National Championship.
2.  They want to have a chance to play in the NFL.
3.  They are competitors.  You can't be afraid of competition for your position if you want to play at Bama.
4.  They want to be winners.
Please feel free to add.

NTL Exposure, Bama plays Mich first game next year, Win or lose thats a Big game out the gate on Ntl TV.
Saban started that with the early Non conf. games, and it seems to work.

I would say tradition but Most kids don't remember when Bama was good until Saban got here.

you'll never have to say ...
"coach chizik , what are we going to do with all this toilet paper?  Can't we throw it anyway?"

you will never hear a fan in the stands say ....
"Why are the linemen popping up and down like deranged meerkats?"

your head coach will never say ...
"Wow, that Dooley guy is a heck of a coach."

your only dream won't consist of a voice saying ...
"Tate carries at right end, loss of two yards. Tate carries at left end, loss of three. Todd sacked for a loss of seven. Clinton Durst on to punt..."

I would definitly say it's the program that CNS has designed, you get a great education, win a national championship, and have a better than great chance to play ball professional level.
