I got to watch the post iron bowl show from auburn and Alabama. Maybe I was punch drunk from a 12 hr drive but the aubie show had me laughing so hard I has to pause the tv to compose myself. Some gems:
- cgc saying he was about to take part in his 6th IB and his record was 5-1. Math problems?
-you would think aubie won...the saban show showed all scoring drives but au only showed clips that made au look good (short clips btw)
- au player saying he was scared of "rats and mouses".
-au player says he still sleeps with a nightlight
-au player saying he he skeered of chuck e cheese cuz "he don't look at me right."
-au player saying he gets pumped for the game by listening to...wait for it...,,,,the Dixie chicks.
- everything trooper said
-Gus Malzahn sounds like gomer Pyle - I bet kristi is like "shut up!"
The bama show was put together better. Dont'a was the only player interviewed and he came off very well. Proud bama gives these guys the media training and polish for the next step in their lives whatever that may be.
