I attended Ranburne Elementary School. One big happy place except when I got in trouble. RTR!

Wow...5 pages?! You people were bad...lol
Someone blew a urinal off the wall @ Central High (Phenix City) back in 73 whilst I was in the gym, but I was not involved in that escapade.

I got suspended once but it really wasn't my fault.  I was with the wrong ppl at the wrong time...  in school suspension.  They put me in a room all by myself and made me do my normal school work plus reports.  I couldn't even go to lunch with my class.

My worst days weren't comparable to yalls...

One of my worst days:  (don't laugh)

I was dating the QB.  During playoff's - week of the semi-final game- we broke up.
During English they announced over the intercom that Coach McGee wanted to see me in his office.  I walked in and he pointed to the chair across from his desk.  I sat.  He never said a word, just stared at me for 5 minutes, shook his head and with a disgusted look on his face said "You can go."  As I walked out he mumbled "Awww hell... a da#@ girl is gonna cost us <something something something> ... (I didn't stick around to hear the rest)

Later I heard him say "That da#@ boys brain is about the size of a tampon for a gnat's a$$..."

We lost to Courtland at home... It was ugly.  I almost caught a pass in the stands that night.  (not sure if he was under that much pressure or was actually throwing it at me.)

Second grade at Capitol Heights Elementary in Montgomery. If someone used the water fountain in the hall when Mrs. Coffee was ready to start class, she'd always say "What do ya think it is, your birthday?

So I waited until my birthday to hit the water fountain and, sure enough she hurried out and said "What do ya think it is, your birthday?"

And I was too frightened to say it was. Well, Mrs. Coffee was a real grinder.

Hey fellow Montgomerian, I went to Bellingrath (You guys used to kick our butts in football). In the 7th grade I was small for my size and got picked on from time to time. In P.E. there was a guy who was slow witted and one day some of the guys were egging me on to start a fight with him after he accidentally knocked me down playing touch football. I did, thinking I could take him. That was the worst a** beating I ever got in my life. That kid had the strength of an 800 lb. gorilla. I never started a fight again after that.
Put coke in his hubcap. Or

I went to Capitol Heights too.  I can't remember my second grade teacher, but Ms. Carr and Mrs. Gardner were my first and third grade teachers.  Went on to Capital Heights Junior High and Lee High School.  At Lee I lived through three years of undefeated football glory and #1 championships.  Looking back, I can't remember any bad school memories!

I went to Lanier during their peak in football. If I remember correctly, they won the state championship 3 years in a row ('67-'69). I graduated in '70.

.........  I missed the pass.  I was too scared of Coach McGee to go to the gym and see the players after the game that night.  He was very intimidating!!!

It would have been better if he had actually said something that day in his office but he just stared at me.
