Title: Your worst school memory...
Post by: #1Tidefan on March 18, 2011, 03:44:20 AM
1973...study hall in Mrs. Stewart's class (I never liked the red-headed *****)
Quite as a church mouse that day...a few of my friends dared me to raise some hell...

well...mine started off in study hall as some of my buds taunted me to interrupt the quietness of our class..."GIVE ME LIBERTY....OR GIVE ME DEATH"...

Mrs Stewart: "Who was that"!

Me: Patrick Henry maam...

(The B*****) Mr ******* OUT...OUT!...out of my class. Report to Mr. Kirkland!

Me:.......aight maam.

And thats where the 'word' "aight" came from...honest.

I did see the old man briefly....he just looked the other way while I left.

The retort via mail wasn't to good though, but I survived...lol 8)

6th grade. Mrs.Moorlocks class. There was this girl I could not stop looking at. She began to notice, and returned stares. After some time of this going on,our class was at PE one afternoon. As we're heading back to class,we usually walked between the buses. She approached me and ask me why I always looked at her. I froze, speechless, then with others looking on,she layed one on me and the laughter began. I could literally feel the heat on my face. We wound up years later dating in high school and remain good friends today.

Kindergarten - Threw up on the teachers desk.  Pee'd on my desk.  Took off all my clothes more than once.  hid in the coat closet, But I could read first!

3rd grade - Substitute teacher left a nerd taking names - All hell broke loose, windows broken, bookshelves knocked over, a softball game broke out.

6th grade - got in a fight in the middle of class

those are some highlights.

Wow!  Quite the handful weren't you?  Bet you got to know the principal very well during those years!

My first class at U of A was being introduced by the prof. He spoke for 40 minutes about the course outline before he opened it up to questions.

My first question of my college career was, "What's a syllabus?".

1st grade - peed my pants...   I was known to be a wanderer and the teacher wouldn't let me go to the restroom.  I begged - she thought I was just bored and wanted to go for a walk.  I sat in my desk and couldn't hold it in any longer.  She was mortified, of course so was I.

This is why I peed on my desk in kindergarten. I was told not to leave my desk anymore.  So I stood in the chair and peed on it.

2nd grade-  After school waiting on the bus to come back from it's 1st route I walked up to a kid that was in 1st grade.  He was/is black and I honestly hadn't been around many black people.  Anyways, kids were pushing and shoving and just messing around and someone pushed me into the black kid.  Him being about twice my size he shoved me into a street sign opening up a gash in my head.  Got about 7 stitches.  We wound up friends later on...

Second grade at Capitol Heights Elementary in Montgomery. If someone used the water fountain in the hall when Mrs. Coffee was ready to start class, she'd always say "What do ya think it is, your birthday?

So I waited until my birthday to hit the water fountain and, sure enough she hurried out and said "What do ya think it is, your birthday?"

And I was too frightened to say it was. Well, Mrs. Coffee was a real grinder.

Getting suspended from High School for three days for ....fighting. Some little guy named Mark was hit on the head by a friend sitting on the row beside me with the top of a bic
pen. Thinking I threw it he turned around and said "I'll whip your asss" I laughed and forgot about it until I walked out into the hallway after class and a crowd had gathered. He repeated it and I told hom to take his best shot. He hot me in the chin I slugged him several times and put him in a locker.

When I got to my next class I was summoned to the office where he sat crying :'(  and said "I guess you got me this time" Then he begged the Vice Principal not to suspend him because after all ....he was President of the Castle Chess Club and they had a match the next day.

Errrrr......caught a little ridicule for that one.

bad day on the bus ride home one afternoon

friends dared me to snatch the hair/fall thing off of a girl named Lisa head
so I did
she got really mad and came after me
I was using the hair piece as a hostage threatening to toss it out the moving bus window
then she hit me , actually she slapped the snot out of me
everyone started to laugh so I released the hair piece into the wild
she really went crazy then
some kids finally restrained her thank God !
that Lisa girl sure could hit hard

I wore 13 pair of Undies to school one day because I knew I was getting a board of adjustment. The bad part was I went into the boys room to pull them off and the Principal caught me and made me wear them the rest of the day. I was raw for a week. RTR!

Hey fellow Montgomerian, I went to Bellingrath (You guys used to kick our butts in football). In the 7th grade I was small for my size and got picked on from time to time. In P.E. there was a guy who was slow witted and one day some of the guys were egging me on to start a fight with him after he accidentally knocked me down playing touch football. I did, thinking I could take him. That was the worst a** beating I ever got in my life. That kid had the strength of an 800 lb. gorilla. I never started a fight again after that.

1990. 10th grade. A gawky kid with glasses too big for his face and an acne problem (yes, I really was a hit with the ladies) is in his first few weeks of high school. Walking down the stairs from the second level to the bottom level during change of classes, I miss a step and bounce on my butt down the last 4-5 steps with, oh, problems 70-80 people around. Did loads for my self-esteem.  :'(

Second to falling down the steps had to be in gym in the 7th grade. We were wrestling and I was going against this other guy about my size. We were having a pretty good match while the other guys and the coach were watching. He flipped me over was attempting to pin me. As I struggled to get up, I ripped one right there. The match ended in a draw, but I didn't live that one down for a while.

I can't believe were only two of us that blew up the crappers at school
or maybe just the only two that will admit it ?  ;D ;D ;D

I would have more stories but I only went to school two days a week

I went on Monday to see what they were doing
then went back on Friday to see if they finished it  :-[

I cherry bombed my Jr. High, Sr. high and college. It seemed only right.

I thought this was normal pocedure. We all did it.

I got in trouble a lot when I was a little one, but I was tame by middle/high school. My worst memory involves having a 10+ y/o pee yellow buick regal as my ride in high school.  Of course in college it was the car everybody wanted to ride in because it was plush and huge...it was nicknamed "party barge"...but I was still so glad to get rid of that ugly piece of crap.

Small world. I actually attended Harrison Elementary for my 1st 2 years of elementary. My Dad was stationed at Maxwell AFB. Couple years back,I rode through the ole neighborhood. Thought I was gonna get shot.Man has that place changed

Someone blew a urinal off the wall @ Central High (Phenix City) back in 73 whilst I was in the gym, but I was not involved in that escapade.

I got suspended once but it really wasn't my fault.  I was with the wrong ppl at the wrong time...  in school suspension.  They put me in a room all by myself and made me do my normal school work plus reports.  I couldn't even go to lunch with my class.

My worst days weren't comparable to yalls...

One of my worst days:  (don't laugh)

I was dating the QB.  During playoff's - week of the semi-final game- we broke up.
During English they announced over the intercom that Coach McGee wanted to see me in his office.  I walked in and he pointed to the chair across from his desk.  I sat.  He never said a word, just stared at me for 5 minutes, shook his head and with a disgusted look on his face said "You can go."  As I walked out he mumbled "Awww hell... a da#@ girl is gonna cost us <something something something> ... (I didn't stick around to hear the rest)

Later I heard him say "That da#@ boys brain is about the size of a tampon for a gnat's a$$..."

.........  I missed the pass.  I was too scared of Coach McGee to go to the gym and see the players after the game that night.  He was very intimidating!!!

It would have been better if he had actually said something that day in his office but he just stared at me.
