Alabama was scheduled to play in the Texas Classic in Austin this weekend. Because of weather it was cancelled yesterday. Bama scrambled to find an alternative game and scheduled Alabama State in a game tonight and Notre Dame tomorrow.

The game is underway and just completed 1 inning.

Bama scored 2 runs without a hit in top of  first.

Fouts struck out the sides in bottom of first

Bama leads 2-0 after 1,

Bama run rules Alabama 10-0

8 hits including a solo HR by Kaylee Tow

 7 stolen bases and 8 walks.

Fouts went 4 scoreless innings with 9 K's

Cornell came in and closed out the 5th, striking out 2 more.

Combined  no hitter by Fouts/Cornell

Leewillie, I followed the game online through game stats because I couldn't see anywhere it was televised. Will today's game be on TV? If so where? I can't find anything on it either.

On the Alabama website (rolltide.com) go to the Softball schedule. Look for the Notre Dame game and their is a link to "watch". I clinked on it and it is a youtube video feed. I assume that is what Alabama St uses to stream their sports.
