According to SI.COM

Quote
The SEC is moving closer to an agreement on a conference-only schedule of 10 games, multiple sources told Sports Illustrated. During a virtual meeting on Wednesday, a majority of athletic directors approved the idea of an SEC-only, 10-game schedule. However, the schedule must be ratified by league presidents. SEC presidents are expected to meet virtually Thursday to seriously discuss the matter. It is unclear if they will vote then or delay a decision until next week.

If we happen to catch Florida on top of Georgia from the East, we're going to have a difficult schedule.

No matter what an SEC only schedule could easily knock all SEC teams out of the National race. Nobody in the nation could have a tough schedule like us. RTR!

”The Southeastern Conference is moving to a 10-game conference-only SEC schedule, sources told AL.com.

The league has also moved back the start of the season to Sept. 26 and the SEC Championship Game to Dec. 19. The decision comes after the SEC’s presidents and chancellors met virtually on Thursday to discuss scheduling options”.

Latest from SEC.

I am confused about all this. Who makes the 10 game schedule now? RTR!

I read that UGA was going to get mighty Arkansas (2-9) and Misses State (6-7). Bet Bama gets Florida and Kentucky.

I would much rather play Florida and UK as opposed to GA State, Kent St and UT Martin who were on the 2020 schedule. Yes it will be a difficult schedule but we will look forward to those games and they will be fun to watch.

A 10 game schedule with one bye week should not be too difficult for the players even with the addition schedule strength.

Here’s the SEC Football schedule:

Here is a complete list of all the new games on each SEC team’s respective 2020 schedule, according to Finebaum:

Alabama – Florida, Vanderbilt
Auburn – South Carolina, Missouri

What’s wrong with these additions?

If Bama beats FL and UGA and wins the SEC East, why should there be an SECCG??
