Exactly. Plus, they need to be careful about giving him an outrageous long-term contract. Even Chiznick and Larry Coker won National Championships.

If they are going to give anybody a contract it needs to be Joe. 

When he leaves it will be back to 2nd or 3rd in the West every year.
