This may explain why he hasn't seen more playing time.

He was going to be a great player but now I am not sure if he gets to play much. He has personal problems to work on. RTR!

This is a good teaching moment for Coach Saban to get through to this kid.  Hopefully he is in a teachable mind-set so that he can be reached.  It is now time for him to step up and "be the man" that we need him to be and that he is fully capable of being...

You know NALT you are right. One thing I don't understand is that I get upset when these young men do this to their lives, BUT I don't know why, because the fans go out to the games they drink, and act like fools and it is right in front of them all day. You know it is as much our falut as it is the players. RTR!

Ray was arrested about 7 p.m. Friday night after refusing to leave an establishment and was detained by security until Tuscaloosa police arrived. Following an initial investigation, officers determined Ray was intoxicated, and he was transported to the police department for booking before going to the Tuscaloosa County Jail.

Whoa!  Back off the ledge there Preacher.  This problem is squarely on his shoulders and his alone.  He is old enough to make decisions on his own so neither you, me, nor any other fan is responsible for him getting drunk in public.  However, since he IS on scholarship to play football for U of A then I do believe that it is Coach Saban's & companies responsibility to use this teaching moment to drive home the lesson of personal responsibility as well as the responsibilities he has to his teammates.  This stuff happens every year and every year Coach Saban seems to redirect the players back in the right direction as much as he can.  More times than not we have been ultimately pleased with the results...

Well there again you are right CNS does a decent job of fixing them but they need to learn not to do at all. RTR!
