Game tips off at 12:30 on ESPNU.  Bama is a 3.5pt favorite over 1-2 Ball State.  The O/U is at 141.  I don't see any way that the game goes over 141 points unless they score 80.

Bama looked much better today beating Ball St 79-61. Mack had a very good game.

In the winners bracket Va Tech beat Northeastern bad.

Right at it -- 140 points.  B.S. only had to score 63 points, not 80, to go over.

I didn't watch the last game v. NE'er.  I saw the early score on my recording and just FF'd it hoping the game would get close enough to watch.  I wasn't going to watch Bama lose -- am I a fair weather BB fan?   

Bama did play well today, though.  D. Hall got off to an early start, Herbert Jones scored and caused 3 charging calls on B.S., and Texas transfer Tevin Mack scored 20 points.
