First draft pick for Bama since Richard Hendrix went in the second round in 2008, and third highest pick in program history (McDyess 2nd; Leon Douglas 4th).

Alabama had 8 first round draft picks from 1987 to 1996, but 0 draft picks in any round from 2009-2017. How sad.

Cleveland is trying to beef up its roster to convince LeBron James to stay.  Lebron reportedly approved of the Sexton draft pick.

Quote
LeBron James reportedly likes Collin Sexton. The Cleveland Cavaliers definitely like LeBron James.

It’s not hard to figure out a big reason why the Cavaliers took Sexton with the No. 8 overall pick at the NBA draft....

Well who will replace him on our roster? I wonder if we got any great names in our recruiting? RTR!

It's nice to think about, but thankfully we have FOOTBALL season first.  I'm not quite ready to get buckled back up yet.

Triven Mack is a 6’-6” guard/forward. He is expected to replace Sexton’s scoring. We have a 4 star true freshman coming in from Louisiana that is expected to replace Sexton at point guard. We should be more balanced this year. Petty, Jones, Hall, Smith, Jr and Norris all return.

We had someone playing point guard last year?

I guess he dribbled the ball the farthest up the court.

Sexton played the point and Jr backed him up. We will miss Sexton's scoring but his 3.6 assists can be improved upon.
