Our game against the #1 Huskies is scheduled for 5:45, but I would expect it to start late.

Our games against Washington (and possibly all five of them in the tournament this weekend) can be streamed here:  Click here for link

It looks like a single camera with no commentators, or at least that's what it is for this Northwestern-Portland State game being played on the field now.

You are right about video with no commentary, I found myself switching back and forth to Game Tracker to keep up with what I was seeing.

 Sad

Washington won 8-0

We also lost in baseball yesterday to Oklahoma: 2-1 (11 innings).

 Cry

Yeah, not a good day for the diamond dwellers yesterday, but today's another day.

Osorio gave up 8 hits and 7 runs in only 3 innings. Rough outing for an All-American.

I've been following Bama softball for a long time. This is the first time I ever remember them getting "run ruled" in 5 innings. I guess there is a reason Washington is the number 1 team in the country.

Osorio definitely wasn't "on."  She hit two and walked another three.  But the Huskies also struck the ball well when she threw strikes.

Bama has historically not had the "wood" to keep up with the west coast teams.  Murphy hasn't seemed to be able to recruit the big bats, but he's had a lot of success playing as a scrappier, fast team with good pitching and defense.  The problem is, though, when we go against these high powered West coast teams, our pitching has to be essentially perfect because our offense isn't likely to put up more than 3-4 runs on a top 25 ace.

Washington, though, seemed to play a better game in all phases yesterday, and that's especially scary and a bad omen for his team.
