I know A lot's been said in a lot of different topics about this., what I can't seem to find is what led up to his actions on the field and the sideline. I really can't see any reason for him to act the way he did on the sidelines. I've looked at the film for 5 times but it doesn't seem to show clearly what led up to his actions can anyone else shed some light on this

I have not seen or read what has happened to cause his disruption.  The question is has he been in trouble before or is this a first time.  If it is the first time, as bad as it seems, I think he deserves a second chance.  If the has been a disruption behind the scene, that we don't know about, he should be dismissed from the team.

Not sure of the circumstances, Coach, but I heard that he apologized to the entire team and that a little "extra" work will be in store for him.

I think I heard that also.  One poor mistake doesn't always show us the true character of a player/person.  Hopefully, he did apologize and can be a part of the program going forward.  My last year of coaching I had a player I was getting ready to kick off the team.  I called the captains together to give them the news.  There response to me was that he needed us more than we need him.  I told them they were going to have to help keep him in check.  Fortunately he made the rest of the year,

I recall something similar happening with Ronnie Harrison when he was a freshman... He turned out to be a very valuable member of the team too...

Sad Sad, hey 57 we play with thugs on most all of the teams these days. Football is not more help the man up and knock him down again like Coach Bryant taught. It's all look at me now. RTR!
