Why are people not going like they use to, does anybody have any ideas? RTR!

The threat of rain likely contributed to last year's crowd size, though the game broadcast was exclusive to the online streaming devices connected to the SEC Network.

No doubt, it had a big effect on last year's game, even though the rain never materialized. There were a lot of people across the Bama forums that said they cancelled their plans to come because of the prediction of rain. Same thing could happen Saturday.

As long as we keep winning Nattys, I'm not too worried. I'm betting we get about 70 thousand on Saturday. I'm doing my part; there will be 5 of us.

We can't forget that before 2007, the largest A-Day crowd in history had probably been ~45,000.  Many years it was only 20-30k (at least in the 90s and early 2000s when I was going).  Being there in 2007 was quite a sight though.  My brother and I got to the stadium early (at least an hour before the game), and every 5 minutes one of us would say, "I'd bet there's XX,XXX people here"...the X's just kept going up.  Needless to say, we had no clue how many people had swarmed the stadium after we'd already gone in.  They ended up turning away 5-10k people.

Ever since CNS has come on board he has established a culture that everybody else wants to see or become and it amazes me that the stadium is not packed out. RTR!
