I do not see the humor. The player was correctly ejected from the game. The school should suspend him for more games. If the school does not do it I hope the conference does. That type behavior can not be tolerated.

Agree 100% pmull. It's not funny to the official or those of us who officiate. This trend has been going on in football and now I guess it will be in Bball.

I'm on your side pmull.  I don't care if that kid is an All-American player, he should be suspended for the rest of the season IMO.  The kids tackling the ref in football and now this?  The ref's need to send a clear, strong message to students (players) that they will not be disrespected...

Fellows you can lighten up a little. The humor that I saw in the video was the look of intent in the players eyes before he did it because it surely indicated that it was done on purpose. I'm guessing it was a retaliation thing by the player and if the video had continued we would probably have seen him throw his hands up in the air indicating he didn't do anything wrong. The humor I saw was by no means seeing the Ref fall.

I still see some humor in the fact that he would even try something like that and not think anything would be done about it. Sorry if it ruffled your feathers.
