I've been hanging out on one of the Clemson boards this week.  I'll share some of the gems I've found in this thread.  Let's start with this one.

I was just over there too, Phil. I was highly amused at this one.

The media in the Greenville area is getting very bad. When the tigers beat up Bama by 10-20 points I wonder what his excuse will be?

To their credit, the forum seems to be embarrassed by this guy.  Yet they try to make Harvey Updyke representative of the entire Bama fanbase.

To their credit, the forum seems to be embarrassed by this guy.  Yet they try to make Harvey Updyke representative of the entire Bama fanbase.

Yeah, it was funny that both threads were on the front page at the same time.  They were embarrassed by this guy but thought the Bama guy was a typical Bama fan.

One poster's very simple reason Clemson will win:

We have SUPERMAN and they go not.....Go DW4 & Go Tigers!!!!!!

I think that's supposed to be "they got nothing," but I'm not entirely certain.  The grammar is not strong with the Clemson fans.  Or rational thinking, since 90% of them are convinced Bama's defense sucks and Clemson will easily score 30+ points.

It's hilarious over there, really. What stand's out to me most is their obsession with USCe, or Coots, as they call them. Very much the little brother syndrome over there. I guess they really are Auburn with a lake.

You guys seem to have discovered the 'Clemson board for recovering Imposter Syndromites'.  There must be a better one somewhere!

I know they wear God-awful orange, but I always assumed there were some Clemson fans who were educated outside the state of SC.
