He was riding a moped carrying a pizza.  Discipline?  Oversight?  It's a freaking college kid.  Stuff happens all the time.  It's not like he was dealing coke in the stadium parking lot.

He's being subsidized by the taxpayers to play football and get a free education, not to run around on a moped juggling a pizza and then getting hurt. Plus, are there helmet laws in S. Carolina? Like I said, are the not getting any guidance or are they just plain stupid?
