I'm not so sure that I believe the employees.  I mean, look what they have to lose if they don't protect LSU players.  Guess I'm just cynical these days or something LOL

There's always been more to this story.  If the police truly believed that the statements in the incident report that was initially filed that night were 100% true, Jefferson and Johns would already be arrested.

Not near as much as they stand to loose, if they commit perjury.

All this says to me, combined with the lack of arrests, is that it is a complicated situation and the police are still sorting it out and gathering evidence.  I figured that the "victim" must have been drunk and obnoxious, if only because the football players likely wouldn't have started anything on their own.  But kicking a guy when he is down is not self-defense either.

We both did. Mother would tell dad. We got a whipping when he got home from work.

Hey Terrie I think you hit the nail on the head. I'm not being cynical because I wanted to see LSU come to Alabama undefeated but I now think they won't win against Oregon to much interference in their minds. RTR!

Yeah, I agree.  I wanted LSU to beat Oregon and show up in Bryant-Denny at their best, where we soundly beat them and get revenge for last season.  I hate to see this happen, but when you recruit low character players who shirk their responsibilities and sluff off team rules, you can't always get lucky.

Bama's had trouble in the past but not now with CNS CEO of Alabama football. Jefferson should have tried to talk the other players out of leaving their rooms after bed check. I couldn't imagine GMAC or others doing some thing as stupid as this.

It sounds to me like they are not working hard enough in practice.  If they were working them hard at practice they would go home and go to sleep at night.
