Weather forecast is calling for light rain at the start of the LSU v. Bama game, with cooler temperatures.

I don't think this helps Bama, which has a better passing game than LSU.  If the game gets sloppy, and turns into a low scoring power rushing game, this probably gives LSU an advantage.

At the moment, they're predicting the light rain ends by halftime.  So it might be a second half game for Bama.

I might be off base here.  I seem to recall Bama playing well in wet conditions earlier in the season.  And I don't recall watching a rain game with LSU; they might have played a cupcake in the rain.

Anyone have a better memory on this than me?

Bama 38 Georgia 10 at their house, in a steady rain. Jamos and I were there.

If my memory serves me correctly, I believe LSU is afraid to play in the rain as their "rain game" was cancelled...
