The 2004 American League Championship Series was the Major League Baseball playoff series to decide the American League champion for the 2004 season. It was played between the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees, at Fenway Park and the original Yankee Stadium, from October 12 to 20, 2004. The Red Sox became the first team in MLB history to lose the first three games and win the next four to win a seven-game series.

Cubs down 0-2 in games with the Mets in NLCS. They play game 3 tonight in Cubsville.

KC killing Blue Jays 12-2 in game 4 of NLCS right now. They are about to go up 3-1 in the ALCS.

Well, the Cubs lost 5-2 to Mets. Mets up 3 games to none. Tomorrow could end it for the Cubs. Too bad, it would have been great to see them in the World Series.

Great game between KC & Blue Jays this afternoon. Jays showed power & won 7-1. Series is 3-2 with KC leading. They play game 6 in KC on Friday.

Cubs pulling an El Foldo trailing 6-0 after 2 innings. Mets lead series 3-0, so Cubs must win or go home. Mets have totally dominated the Cubs in this series.

It almost looks like the Cubs got that stars in the eyes from just being where they are. They were not expecting to be this far in the playoffs. As you said MD the Mets are just wiping the floor with the Cubs. RTR!
