Good article.


There isn't much evidence of where Jalston Fowler stood among the University of Alabama's long line of running backs just a few months ago. Safe to say the 245-pound sophomore from Mobile was neither at the top nor the bottom of the ladder amid a half dozen scholarship rushers during spring drills.

They were all studs coming out of high school, now it's time for "show and tell". I hate to see anyone get hurt or leave the team for some reason but when that happens it only gives those bench warmers a lot more reps to develop themselves, and that can be a good thing for more depth and maybe another star to be born.
