Haven't followed the trial.  If guilty though I hope she thinks about what she did to that beautiful little girl every day for the rest of her life, behind bars.

I have followed some of the trial and most of the closing arguments.  I found the prosecution's close to be much more effective than the defenses'.

This makes it simple to me:
Casey says Caylee is with her.
Casey lies to everyone for 31 days about where Caylee is.
Casey out partying and having fun - gets tattoo which says "Bella Vita" ( good life)
Casey only family member who knows where her car is.  Car is towed and parents called.
Tow owner says car smells like someone dead in it.  Cindy (Casey's mother) calls 911 and hysterically tells the police about the car.
When confronted by her mother who demands to see granddaughter, Casey tells her that Zanny (fictional) has kidnapped her and she has been conducting her own investigation.

1.  Pattern of lies
2.  Only one who benefits from Caylee's murder (if not caught)
3.  All items found with Caylee's body have been in Casey's possession and some only in her possession.
4.  Caylee was getting old enough to tell her grandparents where she really was.  Casey's lies would have gone up in smoke. (No job, no nanny - just living with boyfriend).
5.  Her parents insisted that she raise her child and would not accept custody although they were happy to have her live there.
6.  Grandparents showered Caylee with toys, clothes, affection, etc.  In their backyard were a number of children's toys including the playhouse which her grandfather had place a concrete pad under so she wouldn't get bugs on her.
7.  Caylee's skeleton was found in a laundry bag.  She had THREE pieces of duct tape under her chin and over her nose and mouth.  She had maggots crawling on her and her flesh was gone and some bones removed by animals.  Her body was found where trash was dumped.
Whoever killed Caylee had to be a lying psychopath.  Exhibit A: the defendant - Casey Anthony.

Do I find her guilty or will the jury find her guilty? What level of guilt-- on what charges will she be found guilty or innocent?

On your layman's level, for the purpose of this thread, - I think she is guilty but will not be convicted, except on the various charges of lying to the cops or false statements. Hung jury on the murder charges.

I believe she is guilty of murder in the first degree.  Premeditated murder.

I think the jury will find her guilty in the first degree (highest murder charge).  I agree though...that it could end up being a hung jury.  Some news people are saying that one juror (#5) could be sympathetic to Casey and give her benefit of doubt.

I think she is guilty.

Although I think she gets manslaughter and years in prison without parole.

This trial had to much Prosecutor against Defense lawyer. It was a TV sitcome rather than a trial.

This judge was very cool under pressure but he didn not take take charge the way I thought he should have.

This one sick lady, she needs help from some mental instituion and I say this because I don't think they will come back with  Premeditated because of a couple of jurors.

Right now this is what I see.

Jury did not do their job. I can see them not charging 1st degree, but giving her felony murder with manslaughter charge. They let her walk. They let her off of killing her baby.

I was very surprised at the verdict.  BAMAWV was right. Applause E-Cred

Well, evidently the State of Florida did not prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt to this jury.  I watched how the defense took apart every theory the State proposed and introduced doubt.  Still, I thought Casey would be convicted.

Jose Baez probably has a great career ahead.  Some people are calling him brilliant. He had very little experience before this trial, and Casey found him through a fellow prisoner's reference. He has lived in poverty the last three years to dedicate himself to this case.

I gave WV a # for being right, but my heart is broken for that little girl. She was murdered by her mother who will rot in hell, but there is no justice for Kaylee. I hope the jurors struggle with their decision for the rest of their lives.  Sad
