pickem this season?

Looks like everyone agrees on games except I picked Penn State v. UCF and others picked UCLA v. Virginia. 

I almost went with the UCLA game, but I remember Virginia being pretty bad last year, and UCF won their BCS bowl v. Baylor.  UCF's QB, Broyles, is in the NFL now, so who knows.

The line for the UCLA/Virginia game is 22 points, and the line for the UCF/Penn State game is 1 point.  I think that shows what game we should pick, if anyone wants to reconsider.

Also at issue is whether we are picking the Bama games this year.  Pretty big line on the Bama/WV game, 27 points.     That makes it a hard pick.

I vote no for Bama games, as always.  It is an unfair disadvantage to those of us who can't bring themselves to pick against Bama no matter what.  But, as always, I will go along with what the majority of people want to do.

Well I enjoy Bama games and it doesn't bother me either way. I picked against last year and Bama won every game till I boo-booed against auburn and okla. RTR!

I thought we might want to pick up a Friday night game.  And that one appears to be the most closely matched, with a 3 point line.  8 pm CST on Fox Sports 1

Another interesting game to pick would be Troy v. UAB, with a 1 point line.  No TV on Sat.

I wouldn't care if it was 60 points, I would feel like a traitor even to consider our opponent! But, the crowd rules!

I agree with your first 9, but I like UCLA/Virginia for the 10th game.


 

I vote for UCLA/UVA.  I would also like to see UC/CSU rather than UCF/PSU.
