TUSCALOOSA | University of Alabama defensive lineman Darrington Sentimore is exploring transfer options that include The University of Miami, a source told Tidesports.com Thursday morning.

Efforts to reach Sentimore were unsuccessful. His reasons for considering a transfer, and whether those reasons are related to a disciplinary issue, remain unclear.

Miami was among the other schools that recruited Sentimore out of Destrehan High in Louisiana. He also made official visits to Arkansas and LSU before signing with the Crimson Tide in February of 2009.

Well if he goes to Miami he is going to be under a coach there that has principles and he better get it right. I think Coach Golden is a very honorable man. RTR!

This was the most interesting statement:


If he transfers, Sentimore would be the sixth Alabama player to do so since the end of the 2010 football season. Others include Brandon Moore, Demetrius Goode, Corey Grant, B.J. Scott and Petey Smith.


Does anyone know where this leaves us with scholarships? Just wondering.   Huh?
